Agreement to Terms
By registering an operator handle, authenticating through Discord OAuth or credentials, and transmitting battle commands within Advenexus ("the Game"), you affirm that you have reviewed, comprehended, and agreed to adhere to these Terms of Service.
If you do not accept all requirements contained herein, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the services and must terminate your connection immediately. We retain the right to modify these operational regulations as game balance and international legal requirements evolve. Continued gameplay following updates constitutes binding consent.
Operator Eligibility
Advenexus is designed for individuals aged 13 years or older. In compliance with international child privacy mandates and consumer protection directives, persons under 13 are strictly unauthorized from accessing or initiating account creations.
Account Registration & 6-Digit PIN Security
Each operator must maintain a unique handle (2-20 characters, alphanumeric with hyphens and underscores), secure password, and a confidential 6-digit Security PIN used for asset recovery and sensitive transactions.
- Sole Ownership: Accounts cannot be shared, sold, leased, or transferred under any circumstance.
- Credential Secrecy: You are solely liable for safeguarding your PIN. Support staff will never solicit your plaintext PIN or password.
- Single Active Profile: Operators may not run automated alts or sybil farms to siphon leaderboard rewards or daily contracts.
Rules of Engagement & Prohibited Infractions
Advenexus enforces strict anti-tampering parameters. Engaging in any of the behaviors cataloged below results in administrative sanctions up to immediate, unappealable hardware/IP network bans:
Glitch & Economy Exploitation
Deliberate abuse of arithmetic roll errors, race condition dupes, or server timing exploits. Unreported exploits result in immediate permanent bans and balance rollbacks.
Unauthorized Bots & Macro Scripts
Employing third-party clickers, browser scripts, or headless headless bots outside official in-game mechanics (only the built-in Huntbot daemon is allowed).
Real-Money Trading (RMT)
Exchanging in-game currencies, mythic beasts, runes, or accounts for fiat cash, cryptocurrencies, or external favors outside the official Flutterwave checkout.
Sybil & Multi-Account Farming
Creating multiple dummy identities or automated burner profiles to manipulate guild raid rosters, marketplace pricing, or daily quest reward loops.
Harassment & System Abuse
Targeted toxicity, defamatory hate speech in global/guild chat, impersonating administrators, or attempting DDoS or reverse engineering attacks.
Virtual Asset Economy & Valuation Disclaimer
Virtual currencies and items within Advenexus represent limited, non-transferable, revocable entertainment licenses. They hold zero cash surrender value, yield no interest, and do not constitute tangible property or financial securities.
Real-Money Purchases & Refund Directive
All transactions executed via Flutterwave for Cash or special crate packages are final upon fulfillment. Due to the instantaneous delivery and consumption of digital game entitlements, purchases are non-refundable except where mandated by statutory consumer protections.
If a billing malfunction occurs (e.g. money deducted by bank gateway but Cash balance uncredited within 30 minutes), notify administration within 48 hours with the Flutterwave reference code. Support will audit server transaction journals and rectify uncredited balances immediately.
Intellectual Property & Custom Uploads
All software codebase, animal art sprites, weapon renders, algorithms, audio soundscapes, UI layouts, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of Advenexus and its licensors.
When operators upload custom stickers or avatars, you affirm that you possess full publishing rights. You grant Advenexus a worldwide, royalty-free license to render and display said assets within chat messages and user profiles. Uploading malicious payloads or copyright-infringing media triggers asset deletion.
Balance Adjustments & Maintenance Protocols
To preserve competitive integrity, Advenexus reserves unmitigated rights to rebalance beast base statistics, modify weapon trait roll ranges (-50% to +50%), alter crate odds, or adjust dungeon clear bounties at any time without prior financial liability.
Routine server reboots or unscheduled emergency patches may induce temporary latency or match terminations. If severe data corruption occurs from database hardware anomalies, state rollbacks to the latest verified cold snapshot may be enacted.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE GAME SERVICE IS DELIVERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED UPTIME, ZERO PACKET LOSS, OR ABSOLUTE FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL ADVENEXUS, ITS SYSTEM ARCHITECTS, OR NETWORK HOSTS BE HELD LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, VIRTUAL CURRENCY DISCREPANCIES RESULTING FROM OPERATOR INSECURITY, OR TELECOMMUNICATION INTERRUPTIONS.
Account Suspension & De-Authorization
Advenexus maintains absolute discretion to terminate, freeze, or permanently de-authorize access to any user handle upon substantiated breaches of conduct rules, fraudulent chargebacks, or extended inactivity spanning over 24 calendar months.
Upon de-authorization, all virtual inventory privileges, unspent balances, and rank titles are permanently forfeited without monetary compensation.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These covenants shall be governed by and constructed in harmony with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. In the event of disagreements, parties shall first pursue good-faith amicable resolution through developer comms before seeking binding court adjudication.
